Consent to the processing
of personal data

In accordance with Article 24 of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", and the Rules for Processing Personal Data posted on the website yugmax.com/ (hereinafter referred to as the Rules for processing personal data),
I, the subject of personal data, hereinafter referred to as the User, am sending information through feedback forms (hereinafter, each of them and all of them collectively — Forms, Forms) on the website yugmax.com/ and its services (hereinafter referred to as the Site, Service), and in the future, when using the Site and/or its Services, I accept I decide to provide my personal data and give my Consent to the processing of my personal data (hereinafter referred to as Consent) freely, of his own free will and in his own interest on the following terms:

2. Consent has been given for the processing of personal and other data specified by the User in the Forms by filling in the appropriate text fields and/or files attached to the Forms, namely the following categories:
— last name, first name, patronymic, e-mail address (e-mail), phone number, registration address, place of residence, other similar information available or known at any particular time to the Operator, reported by the User of the Site, on the basis of which his identification as a subject of personal data is possible.
— data that is automatically transmitted during browsing and when visiting the pages of the Site: IP address, information from cookies, browser information, access time, address of the visited page, referrer (address of the previous page);
— statistics about IP addresses.

3. Consent has been given for the processing of personal data for the purposes of:
— the conclusion of Agreements, contracts, and other agreements with the Operator posted on the pages of the site, and their further execution, directly provided for by the Policy;
— execution of agreements on providing access to the Site, its Content and/or Service, to the functionality of the Service, for the administration of the Site;
— identification of the User when registering on the Website and/or when using the Service and communicating with the User (calls, feedback form, etc.);
— informing the User about products/ services and ongoing motivational programs;
— provision of services, processing of requests and applications;

4. Consent has been given for the processing of personal data in a mixed, automated and non-automated manner.
During the processing of personal data, the Operator has the right to: collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, modify), extract, use, transfer (distribute, provide, access), depersonalize, block, delete, destroy the User’s personal data.

5. The User hereby confirms that:
5.1. I have read the Policy regarding the processing and confidentiality of personal data.
5.2. I am familiar with and agree that the transfer of the User’s personal data may be carried out by the Operator to the extent necessary for the User to gain access to the Site, its Content and/or its Service, and to provide it to third parties, in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with federal law.
5.3. Gives consent to the processing of his personal data specified in paragraph 2 of this consent to the persons specified in paragraph 1 of this consent, and also confirms that the Operator has clarified the consequences of not providing personal data in cases where the provision of such data is mandatory in accordance with federal law.
5.4 Informed about the possibility of revoking consent based on the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" by personal application or sending a written request (including in the form of an electronic document signed with a simple electronic signature or an enhanced qualified electronic signature) addressed to the persons specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent, in including being informed of the right to withdraw Consent in order to terminate the processing by the person specified in paragraph 1 of the Consent, as well as all personal data specified in paragraph 2 of the Consent.,
5.5. I am informed that the persons specified in paragraph 1 of this Consent have the right to continue processing the User’s personal data after receiving the revocation of Consent, as well as after the expiration of the Consent period, if there are grounds provided for in Part 2 of Article 9 of the Federal Law on Personal Data Protection. the Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On personal data".
5.6. Confirms and acknowledges that they have carefully read this Consent and the terms of processing of their personal data in full. The text of the Consent and the terms of personal data processing are clear to him, and he agrees with them.
5.7. Agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations and restrictions.

6. The User’s Consent comes into force from the moment it is sent and is valid until the Operator achieves the purposes of personal data processing defined by this Consent.

7. I ask you to consider the date and time of the Consent formation, confirmation and sending as the moment of marking the appropriate field (or clicking on the appropriate button) in the Form and/or clicking on the Form submission button on any page of the Website and/or its Service.

8. The consent may be revoked by the User by sending a written application in any form to the Operator’s email address info@yugmax.com or in any other way that allows you to unambiguously determine the fact of its receipt by the addressee. If the personal data subject submits an application for revocation of consent or a request to terminate the processing of personal data, as well as the identification of unlawful processing of personal data, the Consent is terminated from the date indicated in the User’s application for revocation of Consent to the processing of personal data, or in the request, but not earlier than the date following the date of their actual receipt by the Operator.

9. In accordance with Part 4 of Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", I send my personal data via a personal mobile device or personal computer by attaching it to a special form or by filling in the appropriate fields of such a form during the registration procedure on the Website.

10. The User is informed that the responsibility to him for the actions of the person processing his personal data on behalf of the Operator is borne by the Operator who issued the relevant order (consent).

11. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Consent comes into force from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Consent.

12. The current legislation of the Russian Federation is subject to this Agreement and the relationship between the User of the Website and the Operator arising in connection with its application.
